Jimmy came to work at State Fleet Management in September 1987 as a technician in the
Central Transportation Maintenance Facility.
He became Vehicle Inspector in 1989 and ran the Receiving Lot until 1990, when he
became a CVRP Contract Specialist. In 1998, Jimmy became a Program Coordinator responsible for
investigating accidents involving State vehicles. He was also one of the founders of the State Fuel
Card Program. In 2000 he became Operations Team Leader.
